5 Steps to Build Awesome Customer Success
Before you begin planning your processes for Customer Success, you should first define your goals. If you don’t know the problems you’re trying to solve, how can you effectively plan how to get there? After that, get granular about your processes. Which metrics and KPIs are critical and how are you going to monitor them in real-time? Work cross-functionally between teams to figure out a joint strategy in which both sides of the operation can help each other when the need arises. Find the right team members, who have the right attitude and a desire to work with customers day-in and day-out. Once your team has come together, implement a system of incentivization that rewards team members for doing their work well.
