Additionally, Martins previously has overseen DigiCert’s public relations, content marketing, lead generation, brand development, and social media strategies to help the company establish its reputation as a thought leader and innovator among its competitors.
Martins enjoys blogging and speaking about customer service. In 2013, he was named #2 on the ICMI Call Centre community’s Top 100 most influential on Twitter list. Martins is also the author of the book, Win the Customer: 70 Simple Rules for Sensational Service.
