How long does it take to get started with Blitz?

Strikedeck Blitz gets you value from day one, and can be configured very quickly. Data will appear in Strikedeck within minutes, and within a day, you can configure your health score, dashboards, workflows, and automation settings.

Do I need help from my IT team to get Strikedeck configured?

It depends. If you have the ability to provide access to your data sources on your own, then you do not need IT assistance, but if there are certain data sources that require someone from IT to give Strikedeck access to these sources, then yes.

Does Strikedeck integrate with my current business software?

Are there discounted plans available?

Discounts are available if you pay annually, and if you elect for a multi-year contract, deeper discounts are available.

Do you have a free trial?

Do you charge a setup or cancellation fee?

There is no setup fee, and there is no cancellation fee if you opt out during the free trial period.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

Yes, Blitz is offered on an annual contract. Since we are currently in beta, you have the opportunity to use the product for free during your trial, and then choose to cancel or subscribe for the rest of the year at the end of your trial period.

What type of support does Strikedeck Blitz offer?

Strikedeck offers an online portal, where you can read help articles and track the status of your support tickets, as well as 24/7 support via email, and by phone during the hours of 8am – 6pm EST.

How secure is Strikedeck Blitz?

Strikedeck is GDPR compliant, SOC 2 Type 1 certified, and is currently working on the SOC 2 Type 2 certification and Privacy Shield.
