Strikedeck API

Strikedeck provides a Restful API, and sample API calls (libraries). 

Flat Files

Product usage data can be copied to a shared location as flat files. 

Direct Database Access

Strikedeck can reach into the customer database and pull usage data. 

Tracking Beacon

Strikedeck can start collecting data when its Tracking Beacon is loaded on every product page.

Analytics Platforms

Strikedeck pulls data from MixPanel using the Data Export API, given that the MixPanel tracking code is already installed.

App Monitoring

New Relic is used primarily for performance monitoring. Data is collected by Strikedeck & converted into usage insights.

Databases

We will load data from your databases directly into Strikedeck using our connectors.

Data Warehouses
